Are you looking to gain more experience in a manufacturing environment? Do you enjoy doing hands-on work and tinkering with tools? If so we are looking for experienced assemblers and solderers to join a leading technology company in the Wilsonville, OR area. This is a temp-to-hire position where you will be in charge of manufacturing and assembling metal wires that are utilized in different medical applications. You will learn how to read blueprints and use basic hand tools and equipment to finalize the product. Upon conversion you will be eligible for full benefits including medical, dental, vision and PTO. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and solder fine wires under a microscope

  • Follow shop floor controls

  • Able to stand and sit down through different areas of the production floor

  • Perform quality checks and in-process tests to make sure products are up to standards

  • Recognize equipment malfunctions or deficiencies, and troubleshoot errors

The essential functions of this role include:

  • manual lifting up to 35lbs

  • standing for 8 hours at one time
