Aerotek Machine Operator And Technician in Wilsonville, Oregon

Description:

We are seeking a motivated individual who wants to be a part of a growing team that offers room for advancement. If you are mechanically inclined and have worked in manufacturing, please apply!

This role will support the night shift and conducts tooling set-ups, including tool installation, machine preparation and barrel cleaning to support injection molding process. In addition, the role distributes material for molding operations and aids in the troubleshooting and resolution of production problems while monitoring product quality and process productivity.

Skills & Qualifications:

Hand and Power Tool experience

• Basic to moderate computer/PC skills (MS Office)

• Good time management skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Mechanical aptitude preferred

• Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions. Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.

• Good communication skills with the ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures given in English

• Ability to work varying work schedules during training

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, talk, hear and see.

• Must be able to frequently stand, and walk.

Experience Level:

2+ Years of relevant work experience or training
