Ensures refurbished and repaired items meet customer, manufacturer and industry standards upon completion. Mentors, trains and assists Technician 1 to perform all parts of the job. Keeps certifications already obtained current and up to date and attains additional certifications required to repair equipment from different manufacturers. Receives returned inventory into the Refurbishment Lab and assists with location management (put-away) and auditing of Refurbished items in warehouse locations.
