Description Under the direction of Facility Services Manager, performs a wide variety of building maintenance repair and construction duties, such as plumbing, painting, minor electrical repairs, HVAC repairs, all meeting room set ups, furniture repair, light bulb replacement and lawn care. Assists all CMH departments to improve or provide customer service to all patient, guest, visitors and employees. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have knowledge of basic electricity, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting (wall covering, varnishing, etc.) and flooring products. Experience: Requires a minimum of one (1) three (3) years of experience in general mechanical or construction position. Must have a valid Ohio driver's license.
