Description What you will do: The Property/Facility Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible to perform and oversee a variety of facility related issues and improvements including performing manual labor and semi-skilled work in the maintenance of facilities and grounds, which include but are not limited to light construction and repair of electrical, mechanical, basic masonry, carpentry; performing preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance on assets that are the responsibility of LGSTX Services. The person in this position is a leader in the Property/Facility department, and as such, may train/mentor, oversee or perform duties with others members of the Properties/Facilities team. Leading teammates in performance of Property/Facility duties. Assume leadership of situations as required when LGSTX Property/Facility management team is absent or otherwise unavailable. Assign work orders and work within Service Channel with regard to revieing time worked on projects. Training and mentoring new or less experienced employees on projects or tasks. Perform Property/Facility maintenance tasks, repairs, and projects as directed by the Property/Facility management team. Front line operator and assistant to supervisors and manager in snow operations. Maintain professional relationships with customers, vendors, and other inter-company team members What you need: High school diploma or GED; Associate of Science Degree in related field or Military and trade school equivalent. 2 years of experience as a LGSTX maintenance technician. Must have the ability to operate standard and limited special electronic test equipment, excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be familiar with the safety issues encountered in such a work environment and be aware of good practices to mitigate safety risks. Must be able to work in adverse / outdoor weather conditions and at night and or in poor weather. Valid Ohio driver's license with no DUI's in the last 5 years Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Service Channel.
