Primary Responsibilities: ]{arial=""}]{arial=""}**]{new="" roman="" times=""}

  • Develop construction drawings with Revit for all phases of a project.
  • Develop specifications in SpecsIntact and MS Word per MasterFormat.
  • Develop in Revit rendered models for presentations.
  • Assist in developing cost estimates and construction schedules.
  • Assist in construction administration.
  • Perform other assigned duties as deemed necessary by supervisor.

  • Masters in Architecture from an NAAB accredited University.
  • NCARB Certified with ability to get reciprocity in multiple states.
  • Proficient in developing BIM models on a variety of building and occupancy types in the latest release of Revit.
  • Relevant experience with current releases of AutoCAD, MS office Suite, MS Word, Excel, Windows 10, and Bluebeam.
  • 3-8 years of experience in the design and documentation of architecture projects beyond initial licensure
  • Lead and mentor junior architectural staff with all aspects of project design and delivery.
  • Ability to pass a background check in pursuit of obtaining access onto military bases.
  • Ability to travel with occasional overnight stay.
  • Ability to produce a complete set of construction documents.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Ability to perform tasks independently and in a logical and timely manner.
  • Strong verbal, written and graphical communication skills.
  • Ability to see the big picture as well as focus on the details.
  • Desire to learn, accept direction, be mentored, and build relationships.
  • Have a strong work ethic and be able to handle multiple deadlines.
