Amergis PRN Long Term Care Nurse in Wilmington, North Carolina

Amergis Staffing is seeking dedicated and flexible PRN nurses to join our team. As a PRN nurse, you will be responsible for filling in last-minute shifts and picking up a minimum of three shifts per month. This position requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality nursing care to residents in our long-term care facility.

• Adhering to facility policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.

Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN license in NC.

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care setting preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work last-minute shifts and pick up at least three shifts per month.
