Job Summary: The EHS Course Content Developer will maintain, update, and develop EHS training programs on our remote team contracted to GE Vernova.The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop EHS classroom and online training content using industry accepted instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Update and maintain EHS training programs in accordance with regulatory, regional and business-specific updates and changes
  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of EHS topics, regulations, and Corporate and Region EHS policies and procedures
  • Research and apply new learning technologies as they become available
  • Maintain teaching proficiency/certifications for course content developed, as needed
  • Assist with scripting, developing and editing of EHS videos
  • Assist with processing of translations for developed content

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2 year technical or science degree OR related technical experience
  • 2-4 years in EHS learning field
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast -paced work environment
  • Strong communication/presentation/writing skills
  • Experience with video editing software

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience developing and teaching Environment, Health and Safety topics to adult learners
  • Strong background in multiple EHS-related fields, such as electrical safety, Lockout Tagout, Incident Analysis, and Auditing

Compensation and Benefits:

The hourly wage range for this position is $24.86 to $42.26. Employees may be eligible for overtime. FieldCore benefits include insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability, and life), retirement savings, health and Wellness reimbursement, and a bonus or incentive program.
