Shifts Available: 6:00am 4:05pm, Sunday-Wednesday 6:00am 4:05pm, Wednesday-Saturday Our full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, and much more THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL ROLE - NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY Key Responsibilities for Finishing / Packing Associate include: Ensure correct product is packaged according to customer specifications/work orders; verify orders for accuracy and completeness for shipping Maintain supply of packaging materials at tables and accurate inventory and packaging information Assist with reading and understanding finishing orders before production/packaging as well as setup and operation of finishing machines Inspect labels for imperfections; remove defective labels Maintain good housekeeping Understand and follow all departmental procedures The ideal candidate must demonstrate: Effective time management skills to meet deadlines on multiple long- and short-term projects Clear communication, respectful attitude, and collaboration skills to effectively work as a team player with a diverse group of people and personalities Ability to provide high levels of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to the inquires of internal customers Education, Skills, and Experience: Required: High school diploma or equivalent Required: Ability to perform heavy work; lifting up to 50lbs, with frequent carrying/lifting of items weighing up to 25lbs; pushing/pulling as required Required: Physical ability to move around building area repeatedly throughout the day Required: Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in the English language
