Clean Harbors in Wilmington, DE is seeking a On-Site Program Manager responsible for growing the Clean Pack and Treatment and Disposal business on a specific client site located in Wilmington, DE .

  • Resolve job related issues within team and with client directly

  • Coordinate all aspects of hazardous waste management (lab packs) with 2 techs and 1 chemist on-site for lucrative client located in Wilmington, DE

  • Meet with customers too proactively resolve customer issues or complaints

  • Maintain satisfactory customer relationship

  • Assist District Manager in ensuring that billing goals are being met

  • Develop strategies to maximize pricing and profitability for all business lines

  • Kick-off jobs with field personnel and ensure proper job execution

  • Responsible for maintaining customer and CHES spreadsheets

  • Computer application knowledges (Microsoft Suite)

  • Safely observe all corporate operating guidelines

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous lab pack experience

  • Knowledge of RCRA and DOT preferred

  • Solid presentation skills, ability to interact in professional environment with client

  • Valid driver's license

  • Leadership experience

  • Perform physical functions per job requirements

  • Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position

Preferred Qualifications

  • Attention to detail, able to take and follow direction, and to perform multiple tasks

  • Ability to interface with customers
