<p><strong>Brief Overview of Position</strong></p>

<p>Wayfair is looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team that is passionate and relentlessly focused on driving&nbsp;sales target metrics, building personalized connections, and creating an environment that invites and inspires&nbsp;our customers.</p>

<p><strong>Location</strong><br>Wilmette, IL</p>

<p><strong>Essential Functions</strong><br>• Assist Salesfloor Manager and Department Leads in creating store culture that promotes recognition,&nbsp;team development, relentless customer focus, and consistent drive to exceed target sales metrics.<br>• Support management &amp; Department Leads in building the best team through training and developing associates on knowledge of our product, selling behaviors, service standards, operational process's, visual practices, and other elements of the business.<br>• Focus on delivering results with agility driving individual and team KPIs, productivity standards, and&nbsp;store goals.<br>• Be an owner by mastering selling essentials, sales analytics tools, and other training resources to educate and train associates<br>• Lead the use of utilization design tools, CRM software and client accounts for consistent customer&nbsp;experience and record keeping.<br>• Lead associates in maintaining a strong associate presence on the salesfloor to help drive exceptional service standards and sales.<br>• Focus on building strong personalized connections with customers through genuine questions and thoughtful conversations.<br>• Become an expert of Wayfair products and services to help guide customers through their questions &amp; provide product options both in store and online thru our endless aisle and store application.<br>• Collaborate effectively in all operational aspects of the store including but not limited to: processing new products, floor sets, replenishment, backfill substitutions, and general upkeep of the store.</p>

<p><strong>Experience Qualifications</strong><br>• 1-3 years Experience motivating a team to achieve sales goals (preferably in a retail environment)&nbsp;Required<br>• 1-3 years Retail sales experience (Design related environment and specialty sales experience a plus)&nbsp;Required<br>• Technical acumen to learn necessary software; proficiency in Google Suites and/or Microsoft Office applications preferred.<br>• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays</p>
