<p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p>

<p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Assist Salesfloor Manager and Department Leads in creating store culture that promotes recognition,&nbsp;development, relentless customer focus, and consistent drive to exceed target sales metrics.<br>• Provides prioritized authentic, friendly customer experience that exemplifies our Wayfair commitment to&nbsp;relentless customer focus.<br>• Provide coaching and support to Design Sales Advisors and support their allocated workload efforts as&nbsp;determined by the Design Lead or Sales Manager<br>• Leverage interior design and sales expertise in the home furnishings space to help our customers&nbsp;navigate through their design needs and purchases (such as fabric, finishes, texture of the product).<br>• Utilize sales analytics and design software tools and applications to drive store profitability and growth in&nbsp;a way that supports the success of the overall brand (mood boards, space plans, 2d/3d room views)<br>• Manage virtual and in-store design appointments (including preparation of design deliverables, product&nbsp;curation, and follow up)<br>• Support associates to help drive exceptional customer service and maintain a strong visible presence in&nbsp;the designated work area to drive sales and strong customer service.<br>• Support management and Department Lead to train and develop the Design team on knowledge of our&nbsp;product, selling, customer service, operations, visual, and other aspects of their roles.<br>• Actively engage with local community through event and cold calling practices to build a network of B2B&nbsp;relationships.<br>• Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets, and other established KPIs<br>• Participate in operational store activities as needed: bringing new products to the floor, floor sets,&nbsp;replenishment and substitutions.<br>• Engage in a high energy, focused and dynamic work environment where there can be rapid changes in&nbsp;products, promotions, offerings and operations.<br>• Drive sales by building personalized connections with businesses</p>

<p><br><strong>Education Qualifications</strong></p>

<p><strong>Experience Qualifications</strong></p>

<p style="padding-left: 40px;">• 1-3 years Sales experience, preferably in a retail, interior design, furniture or home goods setting. Required<br>• 1-3 years Delivering strong sales results and building customer portfolios/customer relationships&nbsp;Required<br>• 1-3 years Cold calling experience. Preferred</p>

<p><strong>Skills and Abilities</strong></p>

<p style="padding-left: 40px;">• Understanding of design principles including spatial planning, fabric selection, interior design styles and&nbsp;trends (Medium proficiency)<br>• Demonstrated ability to work within a team sales environment, strong desire to see the teams around&nbsp;you succeed and exceed sales targets. (High proficiency)<br>• Strong organization, self-motivation, communication and relationship management skills (High proficiency)<br>• Track record of thriving in a fast paced and changing environment (High proficiency)<br>• Technical acumen to learn necessary software; proficiency in Google Suites and/or Microsoft Office&nbsp;applications preferred.
