Bethesda Volunteer Coordinator in Willmar, Minnesota

Summary: This position is responsible for the development and implementation of the volunteer program for all Bethesda entities. This includes networking and recruitment of new volunteers, onboarding, orientation, and annual training. This role is also responsible for storing volunteer documents, tracking volunteer time, and managing volunteer schedules. The Volunteer Coordinator also thinks creatively to explore new opportunities to grow Bethesda's volunteer program. What makes this position different than most?
