The Global Process Analyst will analyze, define, and develop the organization's business process methods and practices. Assess requirements for internal business processes, ensuring compatibility with organizational strategic goals. Implement new processes, evaluate existing processes, and recommend optimal solutions and improvements. Partner with business process owners and management on strategic initiatives. Use quantitative analysis methodology to perform data, cost and benefit, and/or process measurement analysis. Research industry trends for application of process improvement techniques and best practices. May train key users on new processes.

Additional Details Of Your Role Include:

  • Partner with cross functional teams to analyze and document existing processes, recommend optimal solutions, and implement new improvements.
  • Support efforts to scope, document, and analyze business requirements to create epics and manage technical backlog while meeting project goals and metrics.
  • Conduct quantitative analysis to perform data, cost and benefit, and/or process measurement analysis.
  • Develop, update, or modify training documentation and execute various administrative duties related to training, such as scheduling classes, organizing enrollment, tracking and reporting progress
  • Support general Project Management tasks, such as time keeping, onboarding, budgeting, scheduling.
  • Basic understanding of general Supply Chain or Accounting concepts
  • Create and deliver presentations and reporting on project status and plan


What you bring to the role:
  • Comfortable with presenting to audiences at various levels within the organization.
  • Entry-level professional individual contributor on a project or work team.
  • Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data.
  • Uses company standard policies and procedures to resolve issues.
  • Typically requires a four-year college degree or 1-2 years of working experience.


Knowledge:
  • Detailed knowledge of the IM lines of business
  • Knowledgeable of global best practices within a specific functional area
  • Familiarity of who to contact and how to best obtain information globally
  • Familiarity with business process design concepts and principles
  • Understanding of testing concepts and how testing fits in with the overall project life cycle
  • SAP functional knowledge of process area

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $70, 800.00 - $113, 300.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
