Description

High Steel Structures is one of the largest steel fabricators in North America. The company produces steel superstructures for bridges, including some of the most iconic structures in the nation. The company also supplies girders and weldments for construction and industrial applications.

Welders / Fabricators are responsible for performing various fitting, layout, welding, finishing, grinding and related operations to assemble and fabricate various structural steel units, including bridges and other building products. The ideal candidates will be available to work 1st shift - Monday thru Friday from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Overtime is available!

*Skilled Welders start at $20.00 and up. *

Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) required
  • Previous welding experience necessary (MIG & Stick)
  • The ability to work from prints, specification tables and with adjustable layout and measuring instruments desired
  • Must be able to pass the required welding certification test
