Our dedicated employees deliver a better banking experience and exceptional customer service to our customers.

Personal Bankers are responsible for assisting customers with day to day bank transactions and opening accounts; as well as identifying and offering products and services to best fit their needs.

Job duties

  • Process routine financial business for customers accurately and in a timely manner
  • Provide quality customer service; promptly address customer concerns
  • Listen to customers and recommend solutions that best fit their needs; cross-sell and make referrals when appropriate
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers
  • Maintain current knowledge of bank products, services, policies, and procedures

Skills and Abilities

  • Experience providing excellent customer service
  • Strong computer knowledge
  • Proficient communication -- in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Ability to multi-task and problem-solve
  • Minimum of two years of banking experience (preferred)
