Family Priority Community Based Clinical Supervisor/Manager in Williamsburg, Virginia

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists Clinical Director and Director with the design and development of the clinical aspects of program services for our Williamsburg and Fairfax office (virtually)
Assists in hiring staff and assigning cases
Provides clinical supervision of home-based workers
Completes clinical assessments and provides in-home therapy sessions as needed
Assists Director and Clinical Director with identification and resolution of problems or gaps in service delivery
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
A master’s degree in social work, psychology or a related field from an accredited college or university;
A current LPC or LCSW in Virginia with the ability to provide licensure supervision in the state of Virginia;
A minimum of three years of experience providing mental health treatment to troubled children and families;
A minimum of one year of supervisory experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Thorough knowledge of principles and techniques of youth and family counseling;
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other social services providers, service purchases and service recipients.
