Job Overview:

Maintenance of Subsea & Floating Facilities (SAF) Business Line Management System (MS) enabling effective implementation of MS in SAF. Management of Nonconformance (NC) ensuring timely input & closeout of NC’s & relevant actions. Compilation & delivery of monthly Quality & Assurance Dashboard.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Management System document review & publication:

  • Review & update document to ensure compliance to internal requirements

  • Assign document number

  • Identify and remove duplication with existing documents within the system

  • Ensure parent / child document relations are identified

  • Clarify potential ambiguity with document owner

  • Obtain review & approval evidence from document owner

  • Submit MS documents to Global unifi team for publication, or publish SAF Operational Plans locally

  • Monitor review dates of SAF documents and coordinate review and revision as required

  • Management System familiarization & indoctrination:

  • Prepare & release monthly MS documentation updates

  • Ensure MS awareness among SAF employees

  • Provide MS indoctrination guidance, alignment, and monitoring, with status reporting to management

  • Nonconformance Reporting Management:

  • Extract, consolidate & report status of NC & relevant actions

  • Monitor NC & relevant actions workflow completion in Intelex

  • Perform analysis on root causes & report trend to management

  • Continuous awareness / guidance on Intelex NC module use

  • Support Intelex NC module end-user with trouble shooting

  • Communicate Intelex NC module opportunities for improvement to global QHSES for disposition

  • Consolidate input from all relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of monthly Quality & Assurance Dashboard

  • Maintenance of SAF QHSES Assurance SharePoint site

  • Coordinate display of latest QHSES policy & ISO certificates across all SAF offices

  • Provide MS & NC related input to bid & management meetings as & when required

  • Support internal audits & QHSES initiatives as & when required

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Degree or diploma in Engineering or equivalent (any discipline / field)

  • 5-7 years of experience in oil and gas (with 3-5 years in Quality function)

  • Good computer & presentation skills (e.g., MS Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications and Education:

  • Degree or diploma in Quality or QHSES Management

  • Experienced in conducting root cause analysis (RCA)

  • Certified ISO 9001 internal / lead auditor

  • Good understanding of EPCIC project life cycle

  • Degree or diploma in Quality or QHSES Management

  • Experienced in conducting root cause analysis (RCA)

  • Certified ISO 9001 internal / lead auditor
