The IT Technical manager is responsible to manage team, assign tasks, managing tasks, delegation of work duties, leading technical area of large-scale implementations and enhance digital applications and domain APIs built on cloud enabled technologies to deliver high-performance, secure, and user-friendly solutions. The incumbent will lead the discussion in applying, partner within a cross-functional team to provide technical expertise in the requirements analysis, design, and system architecture of ERP development and integrations. In addition, this role is responsible for mentorship and training of other developers on processes and tools, designing, developing, testing, analyzing, and maintaining the ERP within the application in accordance with the business goals and organizational architectural standards. This role will be responsible for strategic and tactical advice and partner with customers, functional business analysts and other team members in driving appropriate design and implementation of technical solutions to meet desired business requirements. Will be responsible for leading and directing a group of technical specialists under the guidance of Enterprise Platform Engineering Manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The role requires understanding of business issues and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions while taking ownership for ensuring support in coordination with the other managers. Additionally, technical manager will work with business, functional and technical teams to track projects and project deliverables, enhancement requests, manage reporting, training needs, functional standards, data consistency, assess impact, coordinate, and conduct testing. Proactively seek opportunities to improve business processes and leverage standard functionality.

This role will provide proactive guidance for solution design with internal and external systems to facilitate maximum utilization of the Applications for business success and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goal. Provide leadership guidance for global implementations, project, and support.

An effective Technical Manager will need to have a broad range of technical and functional knowledge, with good blend of problem solving & communication skills; and will deliver technical solutions across multiple projects, as well as consultative technical and functional leadership across the organization, from strategic decision making to project planning to governance and oversight. Lead the projects through all phases of SDLC by working with the business users, application developers and infrastructure teams. Engage key business and technology stakeholders across the enterprise; be highly collaborative; drive communication to the business, functional, and software delivery teams; and apply analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify and solve system problems.
