Job Overview

Support the delivery of regional marketing strategies, plans and content for APAC Research and Development Solutions business.

Essential Functions

• Working within a highly matrixed organization, support the delivery of comprehensive, cohesive and measurable marketing plans across APAC.

• Support line manager in collaborating with business leaders, other corporate function teams, Global Marketing Market Development, Global Marketing Shared Services and external personnel (suppliers and customers) to ensure seamless implementation of customer-centric marketing strategies.

• Monitor and analyze internal and external data to develop business insights, implications and recommendations for action -and recommend new products and services based on customer insight and trend analysis.

• Provide administrative support to allocated marketing personnel across APAC region to enable the delivery of marketing programs & plans.

• Support & facilitate the monitoring and analysis of business & marketing activity on an on-going basis.

• Provide day to day administration of marketing’s financial management system for designated business unit(s) and geographies

• Serve as liaison with accounts payable & procurement.

• Serve as the available ‘go to’ person for information on marketing activities & campaigns for business units across the enterprise and different geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Req

• 1-2 years relevant marketing experience or experience in a service or business to business environment Req Or

• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience Req

• Ability to be available outside normal office hours for ad-hoc conference calls with other geographies

• Strong communication skills

• Strong Microsoft Office skills

• Fluent English speaker, Chinese language skills helpful

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
