Human Resources Manager (f/m/d)

What you would do as our Human Resources Manager (f/m/d)

We want someone to manage both operational and strategic HR functions, ensuring alignment with Group, Divisional, and local guidelines, and compliance with applicable national legislation. This position requires a generalist background in labor law, communication, administration, and the ability to drive both operational and strategic HR initiatives within a scope of approximately 150 employees.

You would also:

  • Manage daily operational HR tasks including payroll preparation, contracts, and employee administration (commission calculation).

  • Drive annual HR processes such as salary reviews and performance evaluations.

  • Act as HR Partner for management, providing coaching and guidance.

  • Support organizational issues, talent management, and recruitment.

  • Implement HR initiatives and cascade internal communications.

  • Support M&A activities and integration of acquired companies.

    The skills and experience you need

    We are looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, preferably in a multinational organization.

  • Possesses a strong understanding of German employment laws, regulations, unions, and labor practices.

  • Demonstrates the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Exhibits excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Has professional experience with MS Tools (Excel).

  • Holds HR certification, which is a plus.

  • Is fluent in both German and English languages.

  • Is willing to travel.
