Kansas Surgery & Recovery Center OR - Registered Nurse: Full-time in Wichita, Kansas

Kansas Surgery and Recovery Center is a leader in providing exceptional patient care. With over 100 physicians performing elective procedures across numerous specialties, our facility strives to be the preferred choice for surgery for our community. We are the leading orthopedic surgery specialty hospital in Kansas, with consistently high rankings from HealthGrades, and continually invest in new technologies such as robotic-assisted surgery.

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, Four-10 hour shifts with a set day off, no weekends or holidays.

Responsible for the planning, executing, directing and evaluating direct and indirect nursing care given to the surgical patient. These responsibilities include the preparation, assembly and organization of the environment, equipment and supplies necessary to perform assigned cases.

Requirements

Applicants must have at least one year circulating experience and some scrubbing experience in either hospital or surgery facility setting with emphasis in orthopedic cases. BLS certification required and ACLS certification preferred
