POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for maintaining the grounds, ministry, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, creating an environment for the health, comfort and well-being of residents residing at the ministry.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs routine maintenance and repairs in the ministry and its equipment.
  • Maintain general plant, facility and equipment are in good repair, ensuring a safe, clean and orderly environment.
  • Ensures ministry and work assignment areas are clean and free from clutter and debris.
  • Ensures that equipment, tools, and supplies are organized and properly stored.
  • Completes job assignments in allotted time.
  • Responds to emergency situations when needed.
  • Follows all safety procedures, reports all hazardous conditions and equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
