The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.\ \ Responsibilities:

Identify issues or emergencies and respond in a calm and efficient manner
Must be able to work overtime when necessary and be available for rotation on call as per facility protocol responding when the Director of Nursing reaches out to you by phone as appropriate
Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
Document patients\' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing
Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
