Available Shifts: 1st, 2nd

Job Summary: General Labor may be assigned to any area, including Upholstery, Sand and Fill, Hand Trim, Kit Cut, and Composite Layup.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Read and understand written and verbal work orders

  • Follow detailed instructions

  • Communicate questions and suggestions to supervisor

  • Follow safety requirements

  • Perform 5S Requirements for work area

  • Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisor

  • Work in a team environment

  • Be dependable

  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands:

  • Hand/finger dexterity

  • Visual acuity

  • Ability to lift/carry/push/pull heavy materials up to 40 lbs.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
