We are currently seeking a Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. This position is responsible for loan documentation, loan research, process administration, and communication.

A successful candidate will have:

  • The ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with Emprise associates, customers, vendors, and other banking institutions

Essential functions of the role:

  • Prepare commercial loan documents that reflect approved loan terms and collateral positions

  • Assess risk pertaining to loan structure and collateral perfection

  • Determine and document loan closing needs

  • Demonstrate knowledge of loan structure and impact on capital reserve requirements

  • Coordinate with lenders and attorneys to research issues involving lending documentation and collateral perfection

  • Review current processes for efficiency and effectiveness on an ongoing basis

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Bank experience preferred

  • Loan experience preferred

  • Proficiency with large server based applications and typical desktop software
