DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for the forming of sheet metal aluminum parts utilizing a Brake press per Customers engineering drawings and specifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Verify tooling and all engineering drawings before manufacturing part
  • Load machine with work pieces
  • Perform visual inspection of part and traveler
  • Confirm profile, pilot holes and cut outs are to Customer drawing
  • Verify accuracy of job/workmanship when performing job
  • Maintain specifications by observing operations
  • Adhere to all quality assurance procedures and processes
  • Maintain specifications by trouble shooting processes, detecting malfunctions and taking measurements
  • Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for all new and different requests
  • Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Meet production goals in terms of cycle time, quantity, and quality
  • Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
