Maximus is excited to welcome an enthusiastic Mailroom and Receptionist Support Specialist. The Mailroom and Receptionist Support Specialist is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail, scanning documents, and providing support to our clients for Child Support process. This position also serves as the backup for the receptionist, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the office.

This is an onsite, full-time position working Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time. The ideal candidate will live in or very near Wichita, KS

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:\ - Receive, open, sort, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and other documents.\ - Create batches to prepare for transition to document scanning.\ - Image documents using scanners.\ - Build electronic batches sent in via fax for data entry.\ - Select the appropriate client/account to associate documents.\ - Link documents to the correct account records.\ - Determine the best path for document problem resolution (DPR).\ - Storage of documents in correct order/location.\ - Purge batches after retention period.

Minimum Requirements\ - High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.\ - 0-2 years of experience required.\ - Location: Resides in or very close to Wichita, KS.\ - Work Requirements: Willing to work onsite at the Wichita, KS office.\ - Customer Service Skills: Experienced in providing excellent customer service.\ - Pressure Handling: Capable of working well under pressure.\ - Office Equipment Familiarity: Knowledgeable about using standard office equipment\ - Organizational Skills: Possesses excellent organizational abilities.\ - Independence: Able to work independently with minimal supervision.\ - Schedule: Available to work full-time from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
