Responsibilities

IGT PlayDigital is looking for an Account Manager to join our PlayCasino team. Drawing on their knowledge of the casino gaming market, the Account Manager will develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s business to become a trusted advisor. Our new team member will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring consistent satisfaction with IGT’s products and services and that all revenue generation opportunities are maximized. This role is also responsible for upselling and cross-promotional activity across IGT products and channels.

Your role is to help our customers improve their performance by applying your experience with online casino games; specifically marketing, game promotions, game positioning and all related critical metrics that demonstrate the success of a casino game.

What You'll Do

The Account Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop customer relationships, driving customer satisfaction

  • Achieving revenue in line with forecasts

  • Monitor performance through current and proposed KPIs to maximize opportunities for revenue generation

  • Partner with internal teams to successfully deliver client projects which include new games, software upgrades, and back office configurations

  • Work with customers to launch IGT products on a timely basis, ensuring that both new and existing products are promoted with maximum exposure.

  • Develop additional sales opportunities, assess financial performance, and work closely with legal and compliance teams on contracts.

  • Maintain extensive knowledge of IGT assets, products and offerings

  • Act as an escalation point for customer issues, working to ensure that all issues get resolved satisfactorily and promptly

  • Liaise with product and development teams and other internal departments to effectively respond to customer requests and concerns, preferences and feature improvements

  • Prioritize product pipeline with the goal of continuous improvement of IGT's offerings using knowledge gleaned from customer feedback, market fluctuation, and the competitive landscape

  • Responsible for collecting customer feedback, verification and ranking of customer requirements for new product features and functions

  • Monitors client post-production issues and collaborates with relevant internal departments for resolution

About You

  • Confident and well-respected individual, ideally from the casino, gaming or hospitality industry

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience, ideally gained in account management/commercial roles or gaming operations

  • Extremely proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility and ability to thrive in challenging and evolving work environments.

  • A record of developing strong working relationships with executives, peers, and associates

  • Acquired knowledge of casino products, especially IGT’s game library, is advantageous

  • Clients are based in North America; travel is required up to 30-35%

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $60,989 - $200,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
