Toppers Pizza Shift Lead - Closing Shift in Whitewater, Wisconsin

A Shift Leader is a Team Member in charge of providing direct supervision and ensuring everything runs smoothly during their shift. You’ll ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customer to visit.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assign and direct daily duties for Team Members based on role, skills and shift needs

  • Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction

  • Uphold Toppers policies and procedures; provide feedback/coaching to Team Members as needed

  • Be knowledgeable of delivery area map/traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers organize their routes

  • Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile

  • Provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner

  • Train new Team Members on daily tasks

  • Balance cash draw and prepare deposit

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States

  • Must be 18 years of age

  • Must have a source of reliable transportation

  • Previous quick service restaurant or supervisory experience

  • Serve-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS         

Ability to meet the following physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation:

  • Must be able to exert well-paced and frequent mobility for periods of up to five hours.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate and key in data.

  • Must be able to tolerate potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish.
