Juggle multiple tasks without sacrificing deadlines or attention to detail . Ensure timely, consistent escalation of patients’ orders throughout the pharmacy. Requires a working understanding of pharmacy process flow, and a high sense of urgency in transitioning patient orders though out the operation
Use your expert problem solving skills to help our patients receive their prescription on time: Responsible for supporting entire pharmacy operation in prioritizing drug flow through out multiple department. Must have ability to work with many different stakeholders. Ensures resolution to all patient related requests or escalated issues by coordinating different operational areas. Assists in strategic replacement of resource gaps by back filling other fulfillment related roles as needed and directed on a daily basis.
Create new knowledge with our systems and new relationships with your peers: Utilizes mainframe, excel, PAC, Command center console, and email to determine patient needs and escalations. Provides timely operational reporting and ensures consistent productivity through the support of the data collection, and other Production related dashboards as requested. Special projects as assigned.
What you should have:
High School diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years of pharmacy experience.
Pharmacy Tech preferred, but not necessary.
General PC knowledge.
Knowledge of pharmacy standard concepts, practices, and procedures, helpful.
Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, solve problems, and make decisions.
This role is Worksite dependent and can only be performed onsite. You must be fully vac cinated if you’re to come onsite OR undergo testing twice a week.
