Advanced Technology Recycling Compliance Support / Administrator in Whitehall, Pennsylvania

Basic Function: 

The Compliance Admin is responsible for auditing compliance paperwork pertaining to the industry in conjunction with other assigned administrative duties. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:   auditing paperwork, completing reports, filing, scanning to electronic folders, checking for accuracy/completeness to include but not limited to: Internal Audit programs, CAPA reports/logs, Mass Balance, Safety meeting/minutes, Management review, scheduling various Compliance appointments, attending all audits, and escalating items as needed.

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain location compliance records and documents (i.e., audit paperwork, filing, scanning to electronic folders, etc.)
  • Audit paperwork for accuracy/completeness to include but not be limited to:  CAPA reports/logs; Mass Balance, Safety Meeting/Minutes, Management review.
  • Maintain and distributes safety meeting minutes
  • Schedule various Compliance appointments
  • Prepare internal location reports
  • Assist in communicating operational policies
  • Assist in communicating environmental health and safety policies and procedures to location employees
  • Assist in preparation for location audits.
  • Seek and continuously develop knowledge and information regarding ATR's compliance to accreditation standards and legal requirements
  • Develop personal skills and capability through on-going training, as provided by the company or elsewhere subject to Company approval.
  • Responsible for making sure company policies regarding visitors are followed.
  • Effective communication with Supervisors/Managers and co-workers at multiple levels.
  • Handle and manage files, internal forms and support materials including the collection of files
  • Complete on-going training with employees and keep track of training objectives
  • Data entry, creation of spreadsheets, word processing, running of weekly reports
  • Work with Compliance and Operations team to ensure Compliance to Certifications and/or regulatory compliance
  • Serve as Front Desk primary back up in the absence of the receptionist
  • Coordinate appointments, interviews, scheduling and planning of meetings, tracking sales and billing of current customers
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, management of files, meeting minutes and internal forms and support materials.
  • Research and assist in sourcing of vendors or key resources.
  • Assist in warehouse when required including but not limited to collecting forms to be entered.
  • Generate Logistics Run Packets and upload files to DB when completed.
  • Enter customers in Database/Client Portal.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby area

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Compliance experience is a plus.

  • Professional customer service skills required.
  • Ability to develop relationships at all levels.
  • Flexible and able to easily adapt to change.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment.
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office, database and the internet.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills are a must.
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision.
