Westchester Jewish Community Services Administrative Coordinator in White Plains, New York

Details about this exciting opportunity:

  • Full-Time Administrative Coordinator to work in our Headquarters located in White Plains, NY.

  • The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.

  • Salary: $45,000

    Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage Purchasing requisitions, maintain office equipment and liaise with vendors for Administrative office.

  • Schedule and maintain electronic conference rooms calendar at HQ.

  • Responsible for Medical Record requests and related tasks, such as copying, sending, and logging in the EHR system for individuals, insurance companies, court, etc.

  • Perform special and confidential assignments as required.

  • Other duties as assigned.

    If you have the following:

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma and three years of experience required. An Associate’s Degree and two years of experience is preferred. A satisfactory equivalent combination of the above training and experience will be considered.

  • Strong Microsoft Office software skills.

  • Familiarity with Netsmart preferred or other electronic health system.

  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and handle confidential matters with discretion.

  • NYS Driver’s License a plus.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
