As you personally greet our guests and assist them throughout the day, you will be empowered to deliver on our mission of turning moments into memories for our guests. Please note: This is strictly an overnight position with regular shifts from 23:00-07:30

    What you will be doing:

  • Greet, check in, and settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards are followed

  • Cash handling, which includes currency exchange and balancing a float

  • Serve as a sales agent promoting and up-selling hotel services

  • Monitor rooms' inventory to assist in maximizing rooms' revenue

  • Have full working knowledge of Royal Service functions

  • Other duties as assigned

    Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous PMS experience is an asset

  • Hospitality diploma is an asset

  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and manage conflicting priorities

  • Must have the ability to hand cash effectively and accurately

  • Class 5 Drivers License with a clean record is required

    Physical aspects include but are not limited to:

  • Frequent standing and walking throughout shift

  • Occasional kneeling, pushing, and lifting

  • Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps
