Job Title: Meat Processing Plant Worker\ We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Food Production Worker at Arch Food Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform food processing tasks such as cutting, fabricating, and packaging according to established procedures
  • Operate and maintain machinery and equipment used in the production process
  • Adhere to strict food safety guidelines and follow HACCP protocols
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area
  • Monitor product quality and report any issues or deviations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Experience:

  • Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of meat cutting techniques is a plus
  • Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot machinery is advantageous
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and HACCP principles is desirable

Skills:

  • Proficient knife skills for cutting and fabricating food products
