System One Electrician in Wharton, New Jersey

SUMMARY

  • Responsible to perform layout, installation, repair and maintenance of various electrical and telecommunications systems to provide power for machines, equipment, lighting and facilities in accordance with codes, regulations and safety and performs related work with other Electricians as required.

  • This position also requires the ability to fully layout, install, maintain, and repair a wide variety of industrial electrical and telecommunication systems. Responsible for providing maintenance and support for the uninterrupted operation of essential electrical equipment

  • Duties will also include partnering with other Electricians to provide guidance, install, and commission electrical systems. Oversee and assist installation and repair as required; the work may extend or connect to high voltage electrical and instrumentation circuits

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma, or Vocational School diploma (or equivalency certificate), plus two years of formal training in the Electrical Field including NEC code review classes

  • The successful candidate will possess the qualifying experience to be fully competent to layout, install, maintain, and repair a wide variety of industrial electrical and telecommunication systems

  • Experience supporting the abilities are to include the setup of work tasks and an in-depth knowledge of electrical theory

  • Must be available for emergencies or job assignments on a 24-hour basis
