CBRE is a global real estate and property services organisation. Our Valuations & Advisory Services (VAS) team lead the New Zealand and global markets in providing highly accurate analysis and projections of property values across all sectors.

The CBRE Northland team are looking for a part time (4 days a week) administrator with a passion for people and systems to join our team.

Te āheinga - The opportunity:

  • Provide full administrative support to a team of residential and commercial property valuers

  • Set up, editing, and formatting valuation reports to a high standard and to deadline

  • Finance support related duties; processing invoices, expense, and debtor management

  • General office and administrative duties as required to ensure the best interest of the wider team and daily operations are met.

Mo koe - About you:

  • 1 year + administration experience with strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

  • Proactive approach with excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage workflow, priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Intermediate to Advanced level in core Microsoft packages - particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
