Coordinated Care Services Inc (CCSI) (https://positions.paylocity.com/PositionManagement/wizard/2033530) seeks a talentedDirector, Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) to contribute their expertise in providing essential business services to CCSI. TheDirector, Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO)rolepartners closely with the Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) to drive organizational success by promoting effective project management practices, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring alignment between project activities and strategic objectives. A crucial part of the support of theDirector, Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO)role also entails s the planning and execution necessary for the successful implementation of enterprise-wide applications and technologies.

In this role, you will be

  • Ensuring complex projects are completed within established timelines and budget parameters.

  • Partnering with the CITO and/or business area leaders to define project requirements and project plans, align resources, and establish deadlines for project milestones and performance commitments.

  • Engaging project team members, ensuring both individual and shared understanding of goals, responsibilities, and intended outcomes.

  • Ensuring the vision and commitments of the project sponsor are driven and achievable throughout the project cycle.

  • Managing schedules, scope, cost, and risk trade-offs across the project portfolio under management by the office.

  • Working closely with the CITO to lead the cross-functional, implementation support teams needed to ensure enterprise projects are implemented successfully, taking end-user requirements and workflows into consideration to support effective implementation – including anticipated gains in functionality and efficiency.

  • Providing timely, actionable updates on projects under the purview of the office to senior leadership, including escalating issues that may impact progress and providing recommendations to address.

  • Providing support to the organizations’ project teams enabling them to effectively perform their responsibilities – both as managers and project team members.

  • Creating an environment that encourages transparency, and risk-taking and assures that diverse perspectives are included throughout the project life cycle.

  • Engaging with 3rd party resources / organizations at appropriate times to negotiate, influence, challenge, and manage integration / implementation efforts to ensure goals are met.

  • Working closely with the CITO to keep, maintain, and update CCSI’s enterprise architecture lean process portfolio documentation.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience managing and supporting cross-functional business and staff/team operations in a project management/leadership role; or equivalent education and work experience (see CCSI's equivalency chart (https://www.ccsi.org/CCSI/media/pdfs/Equivalency-chart.pdf) )

  • PMP Certification preferred.

  • Experience or interest in developing expertise in human-centered design.

  • Demonstrated experience in project management and leading complex change management initiatives.

Additional Requirements

  • Satisfactory completion of all required background screenings.

  • Ability to travel to work with CCSI customers across NYS and/or on-site at CCSI headquarters as needed.
