The Summer Laboratory Technician is responsible for supporting production by analyzing a variety of samples using different test methods; performing microbiological and/or physical tests on raw material, in-process products and finished products. Daily tasks include the receipt of samples, determining methods by reviewing procedures and specifications, testing samples (reporting any abnormal reactions to Laboratory leadership), documenting, and reporting of results, and cleaning and stocking the work area. The Summer Laboratory Technician is also responsible for daily maintaining laboratory equipment and performing routine quality control checks. 7am-3pm Monday - Friday Double Time on Sundays and holidays \$1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 7pm and 7am Where you\'ll be working: Our Weyauwega, WI, plant is home to approximately 225 employees. This facility produces award-winning feta and aged cheddar cheese, as well as lactose and reduced lactose whey. Weyauwega is a quaint rural community of 1,900, offering the opportunity for both rural and urban living.
