Ivalua seeks Sr. Customer Application Engineers in Wexford, PA.  

 

•Manage the customer relationship by gathering business requirements and analyzing the impact on the implemented solution and advising customers on procurement leading practices and configuration management.

•Develop advanced configuration knowledge and show strong technical creativity skills to leverage configuration features in order to limit custom code.

•Utilize the Ivalua Buyer technical framework (C# .NET & SQL) to configure and customize Ivalua Buyer solutions to meet specific business requirements.

•Implement reverse engineering and debugging to solve project issues throughout all phases of the implementation cycle.

•Collaborate with the R&D team to develop product features.

•Manage deliveries and solve technical operational issues.

•Contribute to peer code review.

 

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of experience. Requires 2 years of experience working in complex functional and technical environments and communicating technical concepts to non-technical people. Requires 2 years of experience in the following: working with configuration solutions, coding, and development; software development to include C#, .NET, and SQL Server; mentoring colleagues and project teams; managing client relationships.

 

In lieu of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of experience, Employer will accept Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field plus 3 years of experience. Any amount of experience in the following: working with configuration solutions, coding, and development; software development to include C#, .NET, and SQL Server; mentoring colleagues and project teams; managing client relationships.

 

Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
