Description

Our client, a market leading company based in Westwood, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator. This role calls for a professional who can manage and oversee contracts, handle contractual agreements, and work collaboratively with team members to ensure the fulfillment of contract terms. This is a hybrid role, meaning you'll have the flexibility to work remotely and also from our Westwood office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage contracts with clients, vendors, partners, etc.

  • Understand and communicate contract terms to stakeholders.

  • Negotiate contract details with external parties.

  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

  • Prepare contracts for renewals and extensions.

  • Liaise with company's legal department to address any potential contract issues.

  • Maintain detailed record of all contracts and contractual terms for future reference.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or a similar role within a corporate environment.

  • Strong knowledge of contract law and its application in a business context.

  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

  • Proficiency with contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
