Lafrance Hospitality Banquet Server in Westport, Massachusetts

White's of Westport, a Lafrance Hospitality property, is currently accepting applications to fill Banquet Server part time positions for functions and events.

We are searching for energetic, responsible, dependable, hard working individuals.

Responsible for serving all courses to assigned guests in attendance. Responds to specific guest requests. May serve wine, or alcoholic beverages, if of age to do so.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Obtains assigned service station from Banquet Manager at start of work shift

  2. May set the tables with dishes, utensils, napkins, etc. prior to the event.

  3. Trays food for serving, assembles food items as necessary, e.g., breadbaskets, etc.

  4. Serves courses from kitchen and service areas promptly, garnishes items with proper presentation prior to serving, if necessary.

  5. May bus tables, removing dishes and linen at conclusion of event.

Starting pay depends on experience level.

Job Type: Part-time

Requirements

Banquet Server Positions require nights, weekends, and holidays. Must have flexible availability.
