What does ITW Air Flow Management do?

ITW Air Flow Management delivers differentiated value to the North American Automotive OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) by addressing industry trends of autonomous driving, display integration and customized environments. We are a producer of interior components such as Pressure Relief Valves (PRVs) and Air Registers bringing in approximately $88M of revenue.

We are part of a division with 3 locations and approximately 530+ employees in North America. Our manufacturing location are in Westminster, MA and Reynosa, Mexico. In addition, our Sales, Engineering and Product Development team are located in Troy, MI. This role will be in our Westminster Facility.

Westminster is a focused manufacturing location of Pressure Relief Valves. We are on a journey to be best in class and a center of excellence in manufacturing by focusing on high volume, highly automated molding and assembly processes.

The AR/AP Specialist III will report to the Controller and will be responsible for a wide variety of AR and AP administrative support including: maintaining records & supporting various groups. AR and AP is the primary job focus. The AR/AP Specialist will also assist the Controller with G/L reconciliations. Individual should be highly organized and detail-oriented and possess the ability to effectively work both independently and in a team setting. In addition, this role includes the performance of detailed record keeping to support and meet financial reporting and internal control requirements.

  • Review, enter, post AR/AP transactions to appropriate GL accounts.

  • Research and resolve AR/AP issues.

  • Send out daily customer invoices electronically.

  • Responsible for keeping the accounts receivable aging current.

  • Communicate with customers on past due balances.

  • Monitor compliance with company policies and internal control procedures.

  • Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions.

  • Recommend and implement work process improvements and documentation.

  • Send remittance information to vendors and resolve payment inquiries.

  • Process payments received from customers and applied payment accurately and timely to customer invoices and credit memos.

  • Assist with Internal and External audits.

  • Prepare and distribute monthly/weekly/daily reports.

  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

  • Knowledge of basic AP/AR functions.

  • Great accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Familiar with MS Office including Excel.

  • Self-motivated, ability to multitask, and high level of professionalism.

  • Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
