Position Title: Service Plumbing Technician FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Department: MTech Service Date: 2024 Reports to: Plumbing Service Supervisor Location: Westminster, CO Wage Range: $25-41/hr.

Job Summary Serve clients by expertly troubleshooting, repairing and replacing plumbing systems. Focus on technical excellence, communicating each service performed to clients, explaining the service and maintenance upon completion. Advanced training is available for eligible employees.

Essential Job Functions Install sanitary systems, water systems, fuel systems, fixtures and equipment Assist your supervisor with material ordering, lay-out deliveries, subcontractors and apprentice Complete a project from start to finish or help another plumber with their project Start work on time with the required hand tools and PPE to perform the job safely and productively Conduct yourself in a manner that will best represent the company to others Assume responsibility in designated areas of the project Train apprentices, check quality control through clear instructions and follow up later Establish goals and meet schedules through planning and helping to motivate the crew Use of all tools, equipment and skills necessary for the complete installation of projects common to the plumbing industry. Responsible for physical jobsite organization and housekeeping to ensure a safe professional work area. MTech support to obtain and maintain necessary licensing/certification for performing work in areas where such is required. Responsible for maintaining knowledge of local/national codes and industry standards (training available). Identify and respond to the needs of internal and external clients 100% of the time. Work within MTech's safety guidelines employee policy. Utilize MSI, Keystyle, and other MTech process systems to properly track work performed and hours spent in the field. Availability to work on an on-call basis including after hours (Friday-Thursday, rotating schedule). Participate in meetings and training as necessary. Regular and predictable attendance is expected in order to meet the requirements of this position. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school graduate/GED with appropriate 4-year apprenticeship certificate or trade school certification or 4 years of related field experience Journeyman Plumbing License Must be approved to drive per MTech's driving standards Thorough knowledge of all aspects of plumbing systems Working knowledge of all relevant national and local codes and company and industry standards. Must possess and maintain licenses that are required in the jurisdictions that you are working.
