Charles Schwab Sr. Manager, Client Service Operations - Centralized Relationship Solutions Team in Westlake, Texas
Client Service Operations provides spectacular service, passionate client advocacy, and partner support for the Centralized Relationship Solutions Teams. (IDT/Trader Acquisition/Active Trader FC Branch and Mass Affluent teams). This includes ensuring teams are compliant with risk management initiatives, provides operational support and administrative support. We are looking for people with a passion for helping partners increase efficiency and solve complex client issues.
What you are good at
The Sr. Manager will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of Centralized Client Service Operations. Responsibilities will be to lead and enhance existing operational initiatives as well as successfully execute new initiatives in support of the new Mass Affluent teams. The Sr. Manager is also accountable for developing employees and gaining their commitment to pursue new skills and behaviors and apply them to a higher level of excellence.

Ability to engage and manage geographically diverse teams to ensure consistent professional development and training of Client Service Specialists
Strategic planning for company initiatives
Ability to manage and support teams through organizational change
Training and coaching to ensure a high level of service and client satisfaction
Analysis of performance data for trends and actions
Manage compliance and administrative oversight inherent to the financial services industry
Utilize internal resources to enable effective research and resolution of client issues
Escalate client issues to the appropriate internal resource when necessary – building and maintaining internal partnerships is important
Work closely with the Investor Development Managing Director relative to strategic initiatives, etc.
Work closely with the IDT/PCT team managers to ensure that current IC support needs are met, and future needs anticipated, and planning initiated
Knowledge of IDT Managers PBS requirements and ability to train CSS on how to support these.
Knowledge of trading and ability to lead all aspects of trading escalations is required
A minimum of 6 years direct client support in a client facing environment, preferably within the financial services
Series 7, 63 and, 24, 8 or 9/10 with Condition of Employment is required
Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to provide strong business judgment consistent with Schwab policies and procedures
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
