Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Identify opportunities to build innovative tools and solve unique operations problems. Create applications or scripts to automate operational tasks and incorporate solutions into our platform. Receive alerts and perform triage to diagnose and resolve critical issues. Coordinate with release management to understand the impact of deployments in production. Collaborate with operations and development teams. Analyze problems in the environment with a mind for restoration of service now and automated prevention in the future. Collaborate with team to understand the wide array of systems and their interdependencies. Communicate across the organization to maintain awareness, direct restoration efforts and identify situationally appropriate knowledge workers. Identify existing metrics and monitoring systems to prevent duplication of effort. Elevate awareness of the importance of availability of our platform.

Salary: $157,850.00 - $214,700.00

What you have

Bachelor’s in Computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and 60 months of post-bachelor’s related experience in a related occupation.

Experience must include the following: Design and implement SOAP and RESTful webservice API’s using .Net core and .NET frameworks; Implement object-oriented design patterns using .Net 8 System.Text.Json serialization, and deserialization; Develop enterprise-scale web applications, allowing business users to exchange information, using open-source technologies Angular, Microsoft Web API, SQL, and no-SQL Databases; Develop micro-services for segregating the application functionality for implementation and easily expandable for future enhancements using NET core, Angular 7, C#, and .Net 8.; Develop applications to be deployed on cloud server, maintained, and deployed with minimal downtime using AWS, Azure, GCF, or PCF for CI/CD Implementation; and Design and develop applications on .NET Server Platform by deploying applications in Pivotal or Azure using Angular, HTML, CSS, and .Net 4.8.
