Description

Summary:The Wealth Strategy Planning Associate II position involves learning all aspects of the Wealth Strategy Group and assisting the team in research, writing, financial plan preparation, and other administrative tasks, as well as help develop and present financial plans to Private Bank clients and prospects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of financial plans for the Wealth Strategists and Private Bank colleagues.

  • Help to develop and deliver internal and external training materials independently and with the Wealth Strategists.

  • Research specific tax and planning issues for client projects.

  • Assist Private Bank colleagues with software and/or planning questions that may arise when plan materials are being prepared in the field.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5+ years of related experience in financial planning, experience in basic to intermediate concepts regarding estate and gift tax, estate planning, and trust administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA

  • CFP/ChFC

  • Ability to prepare and review written financial plans, present PowerPoint material, and compile client materials.
