This is a hybrid role, working out of our Creative Studios in Westlake, Ohio. As such, we will focus on candidates currently residing in Northeast Ohio. The Digital Product Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, product strategy and product portfolio management of our consumer facing products across AGI's websites and mobile applications. This includes planning, developing, launching and maintaining a line of products and services that delivers the desired business and financial results. The Digital Product Manager executes all phases of our product development lifecycle and constantly looks for ways to improve and optimize the process. The product manager is expected to work closely with a cross functional team and help lead the development and maintenance of our digital products. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Consolidates the voice of our customers to plan for products and features that satisfy our end-users needs. * Manages a portfolio of products that delivers desired goals and financial results * Accountable for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) that include but are not limited to achieving the goals and plan for the organization in addition to individual product lines. * Identifies product opportunities that satisfy business strategy and revenue goals through competitive analysis, industry trends and product research. * Partners with the team to define, execute and test concepts against identified opportunity areas * Recommends successful concepts for prototype development and works with cross functional resources to develop and test prototypes with the required fidelity to answer key consumer and market questions * Manages resources required to execute development of successful new product concepts. Leads cross functional development teams to launch new products * Responsible for full product lifecycle management of all products within the portfolio they are asked to manage * Defines analytics and reporting metrics. * Responsible for working with Legal for product and regulatory documentation. * Manages, bugs, issues, and acts as the change agent throughout projects. * Subject matter expert for multiple product lines. * Effectively communicates with internal team members, stakeholders across the organization as well as outside the organization. * Demonstrates foundational and leadership competencies.
