Job Description The RRD Marketing Solutions Assistant Account Manager serves as the day-to-day primary point of client interaction for all campaign activity - including email, MMS & SMS. The Assistant Account Manager is accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of each campaign or program executed on behalf of the client. In this role, the Assistant Account Manager will support a core RRD client and work directly with the client's CRM (Customer Relationship Marketing) Team. He/She will help our client expand on personalized ad / savings, expansion of their seasonal campaigns and other breadth driving campaigns across owned channels. Responsibilities Manage Email, MMS & SMS campaign process Manage routine tactical activities (i.e., QC audits, status reports, billing reports, hours reporting) on assigned accounts with attention to detail and flawless execution Develop ownership and day-to-day management of "small" scope projects - under the direction of Account Supervisors Serve as key support and "back-up" person for Account Supervisor(s) for assigned accounts. Ability to interface directly with clients on their assigned tasks and responsibilities Maintain flexibility to act in a variety of other roles (including some potential administrative duties) to support the Account Supervisors with a "whatever it takes" to get it done attitude Coordinate with clients and other team members to organize status updates and meetings Perform Quality Control checks and audits for accounts assigned at the direction of RRD Marketing Solutions Account Supervisor(s) Gain "working knowledge" of ESP platform functionality and the breadth of RRD capabilities Help RRD meet or exceed client expectations through effective project and campaign management Manage billing and hours reporting process for assigned clients Qualifications Undergraduate business degree required. Marketing Degree preferred Experience as an account or project coordinator/manager for a marketing, advertising, or direct marketing firm is preferred Detail-oriented Ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects and/or campaigns in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship-building skills Experience working within the SFMC, Adobe Campaign or similar ESP platform preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Some direct marketing (specifically direct mail production execution) experience preferred Additional Information Thenational pay range for this role is $52,500 to $93,400 / year. The payrange may beslightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
