JOB REQUIREMENTS: Title:Marinator Operator, 1st ShiftReq ID: 4752 City, State:Westfield, WI Reports to:Production Supervisor Department:1st Shift Marination Westfield Classification:Nonexempt HOURS: 2:45a.m. - 11:30a.m. (Hours Will Vary) WAGE: \$22.28 per hour JOB SUMMARY: Set up and operate equipment in accordance with specifications and safety regulations to facilitate the marination of raw product prior to cooking. JOB DUTIES: Set up, operate, and disassemble marinator and other equipment to produce required product. Also includes dumping of product. Ensure all required guarding is in place prior to operating equipment. Set up and operate the mega press and needle press. Maintain accurate records of all material used. Maintain all required QA records. Properly handle all raw finished product. Weigh specified ingredients according to specifications and batch sheets. Mix ingredients and chill, if necessary, to proper temperature. Move product from cooler or dry storage to work area, as required. Maintain a clean work area. Perform job in accordance with all Company and OSHA safety requirements. Must have knowledge of all safety shutoff switches and procedures. Job involves frequent bending, lifting, and twisting throughout the work shift. Work in other areas or perform other duties as assigned. Work assignments may differ from line to line. WORKING CONDITIONS: High noise exposure, temperature variations from warm to cool to extremely cold and slippery floors are present. Exposure to cold by working in a cooled area and working with chilled product. Exposure to potentially hazardous/moving equipment. Wear appropriate PPE and other equipment as necessary or required. Exposure to high levels of dust from ingredients. QUALIFICATIONS: Well motivated person, work well with little supervision, work and communicate well with fellow employees, and is quality conscious of the product we run. Must have good math skills, ability to multi-task and attention to detail. Must meet the physical abilities evaluation requirements for this position. Must successfully complete all required training including Power Jack and Lock Out/Tag Out. Successful completion of a pre-employment drug testand background check arerequired.
